Musah reaches league milestone for North American player

Yunus Musah was a starter last Saturday in Valencia CF's game against Deportivo Alavés, on Matchday 32 of the LaLiga season.

It was his 30th appearance in league action this term, making him the youngest North American player to reach that figure in a single season in one of the 5 major leagues: LaLiga, Premier, Bundesliga, Ligue 1 and Serie A.

Musah participated in the team's attacking play, and drew several fouls as opposition players attempted to stop his runs upfield.

Having turned 18 last November, he has been a protagonist in 30 of the 33 matches played in LaLiga this season, as well as 3 Copa del Rey fixtures. In those games he has scored 2 goals: One in LaLiga against Getafe CF, and another in the Copa del Rey against Terrasa FC.
